about getting from point A to point B in the most interesting ways possible

If you're a large woman in America, your whole life is an opportunity to feel self-conscious, embarrassed, resentful and way too big. You can hide in the corner or on the couch, you can go to therapy, or you can put on your lycra bike shorts and get out there and move.

I know quite certainly that I myself have no special talent; curiosity, obsession and dogged endurance, combined with self-criticism have brought me to my ideas.

Hmm. I can't comment on the last entry for some reason. First, go and get MT-Blacklist if you haven't already - it kills spam dead. Check out richardstanford.com/blacklist.txt for a good starter file. And on the other side - I've been amazed at what results people have been able to make without surgery. You can do it too. Oh, and that 13 minute mile? Remember that hesitataion, that insecure wondering. Becuase at some point soon you'll be amazed that you ever had anything as "slow" as 13 as a goal. Believe me. You can do this!

Thank you Richard! I had no idea I had that entry closed to comments. I'm hoping to set up blacklist this morning, and thanks for the offer of the starter file--I will definitely take you up on that.

And yep on the other side. Funny how I don't seem to make the connections on these things until I actually write them down. I so appreciate your encouragement!
