  1. Judy Heller is having a series of racewalk technique critiques and group workouts over the next few months. February 13 and 27, and March 13 and 27. All are at the Grant High School track, NE 33rd and U.S. Grant Place, starting at 3pm. The fee is $10 per session.
  2. Hal Higdon's Intermediate Marathon Training—some PFitters are starting now to train for Newport.
