Hi have you locked onto "My Yahoo" can't remember why or how but been sitting back and reading how your doing and this sounds the most depressed that I've read about you
I'm a bit of a dill but remember how in a marathon and building up to it you got plenty puffed?
Well your not doing that now...You have plateaud [wrong spellin sorry]
So my advice "go and get well and trully puffed" see if that breaks you out of it...But remember to well and truly recover after you do...As recovery is the most important thing
