about getting from point A to point B in the most interesting ways possible

If you're a large woman in America, your whole life is an opportunity to feel self-conscious, embarrassed, resentful and way too big. You can hide in the corner or on the couch, you can go to therapy, or you can put on your lycra bike shorts and get out there and move.

I'm wearing a pair of jeans that are two sizes smaller than usual today to work.

I think it's time for a "WooHoo!"

P.S., I know Fred Meyer is all corporate and everything, but they carry an organic, no-salt-added house brand of canned tomatoes and tomato sauce. In fact, they have a lot of organic stuff that's way cheaper than Whole Paycheck.

P.P.S., When I lowered my salt intake, my potassium and iodine levels got lower too, and my blood pressure went almost too low. So you might want to add in foods with more of these minerals, especially as the weather gets warmer.
